I have been fortunate to meet and collaborate with thought leaders supporting individuals with diverse abilities. Over the years, individuals with special needs, families and colleagues have pushed me to dream bigger and think smarter, while focusing on collective impact rather than duplication of services.

Success Stories

Morse Consulting Group worked with Unicorn Children’s Foundation to build and expanded vocational training and certification programs across the State of Florida in high-growth industries. These programs support career opportunities and advancements for young adults with developmental disabilities as they enter the workforce and help them to obtain and maintain employment and increase self-sufficiency. Program participants have the opportunity to earn industry-standard certifications in Retail, Coffee, or Hospitality along with an internship to explore career interests while applying knowledge and skills learned in a work setting. ​
